Banned Books Silent Book Club- In Person

Banned Books Silent Book Club- In Person

Join the Learning Commons and celebrate your Right to Read during Banned Books week from October 5-11. Any time the library is open you’ll be able to find curated displays of banned books, and we encourage you to sit down and enjoy them. On Thursday, October 9 join us in person for a Silent Book Club and refreshments, or virtually on Zoom.

During the Silent Book Club visit us at one of the noted locations below for a low-pressure gathering of readers. Enjoy reading silently as a group with a banned book from your personal collection or one from the curated books from the library. You are more than welcome to come in and just read or participate in a discussion about the books. Seating and refreshments will be available.
